Found this site and it only asks for a 3% commission. Has anyone used them before? I don't want to get corn-holed. http://www.exchange-currency.org/

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I am generally weary of any site that only has a web form on it's 'contact us page'.  I prefer to have some sort of identifying information about a company I am giving my money to.

But as far as risk is concerned, as a buyer using PayPal, you have the advantage since you can reverse your payment if you say your e-goods didn't arrive.  And hence, the seller now assumes the risk and thus is why there are not many sellers who accept PayPal.   That also explains their rather high 3% fee.
