if he/she has a connection but the wallet do not want to sync,
it might be due to his/her time and date,zone.
please check your time and date,zone make sure it is uptodate or at least try to sync the date and time based on google and choose a correct location for your place.
i happened with it when i used another wallet and another project.

- Changing algorithm is now second in the priority list. We are now focusing on 2 major topics which are: frequent chain splits and MN inestability (new wallet coming soon!)
- As soon as we see that the changes in the network provide the expected result (absolute stability), we will ask to be listed on our first exchange, to ease investors mind
- Listing will give us space and time to thoroughly test the new algorithm and release it
