I'd personally consider this a pretty risky practice, just a warning.
If these accounts are used for something like money laundering, or some kind of other illegal practices, the one who has verified the account gets the blame.
Also, why you cannot verify the account by yourself if you are here for legitimate purposes? Verifying and account without an selfie could possibly mean that you are trying to verify the accounts with stolen ID information.

I'd personally just suggest to avoid this.

These accounts are from time when skrill change its politics of webcam verification and are\were for playing on BET365. Every person was informed individually for what I need a photo of his documents, agreed for that and was paid for it, but i didn't have the selfie (there was no need for it back then). The problem is that these people are from another country, I spoke to them in person when i was in that country and I don't have any contact with them now. And now i have some blocked money on these skrill or some money on BET365 accounts that i can't withdraw.
