It depends on the market. The possibility to hit again at $400 price is high. But again the market decides what will be the price.

I don't think the price of Ethereum will go below 460$, but I see the price dropping about these levels. We have strong support line at price of 460$ and a Fibonacci line 78.6% (460$), that's the price I am going to invest all of my savings, some in the short term (until I get all back, I've invested) and what's left will be and left for the long term. I think we will hit this price as soon as we have news from the government about regulation system and after that, the bulls will take control of the altcoin's market.

No way ETH will fall to 400$. If you watch news of last month with ETH, there are no bad news. Buterin is not sitting straight on his ass. His team making and working a lot. He's donating his own funds to protect against robots revolution.
Take a look of ETH PoS Casper. When PoS will come live, it will be the end of PoW mining ETH with GPU, so the only thing to generate ETH will be PoS and it will rise the price up. Also This will entail the influx of new investors.
So the price falling is no more than just a rumors. ETH will rise with BTC.

Another fake news and it has no basis. Look at the value of ethereum today. Itbis so high. And i don't think it will go down to $400. I believed that this coin will grow more this year. So stop speculating too much.

I doubt that Ethereum would go down to $400 again, even if, it happens it would be good for long-term investment. Ethereum is a very good project with a high prospect. It has got the potential to make x3 or x4 by the end of 2018.
