Ethereum is heavily exaggerated as a coin due to the fact that hundreds of ICO projects are launched on its base, but now there are no less promising sites for ICO with its cryptocurrency and they can take a part of the capital from Ethereum on themselves and then it is quite possible, that Ethereum can cost about 400 dollars.What happens right now is just a correction like what happened to most of the alts now so just calm down and hold.

I think the ETH price could fall to $ 400, of course, because the market keeps going and the main factor is the bitcoin price continues to decline, but I'm sure that the price of ETH will soon improve.

Ethereum price is already below $500 and it still going down due to bitcoin price dip. Ethereum and other top cryptocurrencies are always dependent in bitcoin price fluctuations. With the drastic fall of btc, eth should be at least below $350 by now. But as you can see, ETH is holding below $500 which is actually good.

Many ICO are using eth but it doesn't mean that because of that eth will fall as well. It is actually a good thing because they're dependent on it and chances are eth will replace btc in terms of usage and value. (not now but for me it WILL).

Well 400$ again and even 300$ is possible. But that's not to say it can't go back to 2000$ again in the future. That's just how crypto markets operate. At times like these, it's important to look at how development is progressing and what's in store for the project. That's bit difficult I think since all the new ICO's and new crypto coins are using Ethereum as a platform the price would never go that much low. The price fluctuation and the current price is very low and I agree with that but as you said it cannot touch the bottom line of $400 at any point of time. Still i believe Ethereum would perform well in coming days.

ETH mainly swings due to the price of BTC swinging (proportionally damaging all the tokens based on it and paired with it on exchanges)

Since this whole Bitcoin crash, Ethereum has held steady. Actually during the beginning of this 2nd crash, Ethereum prices Actually rose almost 20% I believe we should see Ethereum back to the $1,200 range again within a couple months, and within the next three years I expect Ethereum to be worth around 2- $3,000.
