Well yes and right now its seems that it could very easily break that $400 level again. The thing is market sentiment right now is very poor and it might be better off to wait for another month or so before investing.
Lets not forget that ether was trading at under 10$ for most of 2016. And while i dont think it could go that low again, it could very easily test 150$ or so especially if BTC goes back to 3k-4k levels.

there are a lot of possibilities that eth will reach $400 or even $300 this year after that the real bull run will come, the elites are doing everything to make the Bitcoin price go to the lowest and then that will the time that they will buy in, and that's the time bull run will happen, so we can see a $400 ethereum and $5000 btc this year because of market manipulation..

Wouldn't be surprised if it went to 100 or even 50$ again. At the same time i wouldn't be surprised at 2000$ eth either. That's just how crypto markets are and will be for a while

the Ethereum undervalued, it needs to be in the region of from 0.1 bitcoin. different news changes its value while there are too many fake competitors that reduce its cost.

Ethereum is a very strong crypto currency with great support from large investment funds, so it will never fall to the price you indicated in your last quote. I say this for a reason, but as a professional trader.
