I have a issue with Yobit, i have sent many DM via Yobit "support", but never got any reply.
Anybody has YOBIT's contact information?

Yobit has been having a lot of complaints in the past few weeks.
Personally did not use yobit, but I heard many bad things about them that I would not risk.

Their last post is only from February 28 but it's well known that yobit will not reach those customers who have problems with them easily. That's why many traders there are struggling about their funds in yobit and probably you are not aware about it. Go to their website, contacting them through forum account won't help.

Their last post is only from February 28 but it's well known that yobit will not reach those customers who have problems with them easily. That's why many traders there are struggling about their funds in yobit and probably you are not aware about it. Go to their website, contacting them through forum account won't help.

This is why they do have the title "Exchange that do have the worst support ever" which is actually true and do really suits it.I have experiences with this exchange and once you experience issues then you are fucked up since their support doesn't really even respond at all and seeing that OP just seems have resolve his own problem towards the site then its much better to lock this thread to prevent more response towards this issue.

This is crazy... i don't know what else i can do now....

i guess all you gotta do for now is to learn how to move on because your coins wont be refunded anymore. many users including me were also scammed by yobit back on the days when im still verry active trading on their site but ever since ive expereinced such problems regarding on their costumer support i know that there was something fishy going on. so i decided to quit eventually and i now ive been using a diffent platform in order to do trades.

it's useless if you're looking for yobit support contacts, they will not respond to you quickly. now you can just wait and I suggest to all exchange users, if you get problem just send 1 ticket only. if you send a lot of tickets, you will be considered spam and your problem will be processed longer than others.

Chat support has always been slow but they try to help, and my few support questions have been attended to. Not in the best or smoothest way but always fine.

What exactly is the token or alt you need help with? Remember, sometimes it is the alt developers who fail to provide proper support to exchanges.

I think its a good alliance that all of the people that got scammed by yobit will come altogether.
But the sad fact is this can have a very small impact to them. Regardless of your concerns.

nothing you can do you already tried to contact them many times. Yobit is one of the worste exchange right now in the market, before using that exchange you should know the risk.  Also did you ever try to search review of that exchange before using it?
