What do you think would happen to the rest of the currencies if for some reason bitcoin were to crash and the price dropped to 0?
I'll give an example on what will happen base on my understanding. If bitcoin goes to zero, all coins including shit coins will be dead and cryptocurrencies is going to be a fairy tale after that. |

If such situation arises in future then it would be a very difficult for other alts to survive or say they will also loose their importance and price as they are supported by bitcoin so their price will also go down to very low level.But hope this never happen. |

BTC price can't drop to zero, minimum BTC price could be 5k $. During big BTC dump all other coins will be dumped too in $ value at least |

If Bitcoin breaks down and has no value then Altcoins will collapse accordingly; The world economy is also so volatile. Now this is not possible because BTC is increasingly popular and dominant, but in the future it can not be said in the future. Bitcoin has helped change my life, so I did not expect this to happen |

The rest of the currencies in cryptoworld will also fall if bitcoin faces the crash.This we have seen time and again and latest example is the recent crash of bitcoin.The currencies which are overly dependent of the market fall miserably and some survive due to there technical and fundamental prospects like ETH.People who blindly trust bitcoin and has also invested in alts,when bitcoin crashes,they loose there trust and start selling alts too.These affects the market a lot. |

if this happens, people should be very disappointed and completely lose interest in bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies. Which is very unlikely.

If so, then there will be no other coin's name. Because Bitcoin is called coin's father, if the dealer does not have the price, then not found the altracoin. But it can be said that the price of Bitcoin will never be 0. Because it is the need of all people now. Many people think now that Bitcoin can do a lot of things in life. And because of these reasons, there is a lot of demand for Bitcoin. So if there is Bitcoin then there will be of altracoin. Hard to speculate bitcoin facing such a devastating defeat I would say its impossible to take it to zero due the technology it possess. But if btc goes to zero for sure 900 out of 1500 currencies currently floating will reach to zero too. All this due to the FUD which will be created. Bitcoin is taken as parameter of crypto currencies so if it goes out then its impossible for the whole market to survive that is why I think the crypto world would face its black monday. |

If it does happen even though the possibility of crash is something we are quite familiar with but falling down to zero is another ball game that would change the way things is being done. Of course the effect will be massive with a lot of people losing their money and investment but its a zero sum game because for someone losing, it means someone else is winning which would reduce the effect to a large extent. Lets just say half of the population will lose while the other half will win but the noise of those who lost will be the loudest.

I agree with the guys! my opinion is that soon there will be beatocoins! And then the altcoins will not follow the life of bitcoin! There are a lot of new coins in the world, so I think that capitalization will decrease! It will grow in a geomeric progression! Well, if this happens, that bitcoin will collapse to zero, then personally I'll go look for work!)))))

Oh no, probably some other scheme will emerge, maybe some country-controlled digitial cash, like digital USD or something. Bitcoin was not the first attempt at digital cash either, there were some precursors (long dead precursors, to be sure) and if Bitcoin dies, some other type of crypto will emerge. It will be improved over Bitcoin - some known issues plaguing Bitcoin will be corrected. Or not. |

Bitcoin is the king of crypto world so all other cryptocurrencies on the crypto market will be affected a lot when Bitcoin crashed but these cryptocurrencies will survive without the king, it'll only affect to the price of the whole market for a short time. Beside I think there are no reasons that Bitcoin can be crashed in the future so this is just a theory  ) |

your question is "if" bitcoin crash to 0 value right? before that happen, a lof of the coins will be dropped first because some trader not want to miss the price before it is be nothing. they will sell their alts to cashout their money |

I don't think that this will hapoen. Bitcoin have been doing good jn its field and will continue to grow even kore in the coming years. Hut just to answer the question, if btc crashes all other als will also be affected and cryptocurrency will remain as memories m

I think the bitcoin price will not probably drop to 0 because in bitcoin marketing is very good apart from there are still many investors who believe and are convinced that bitcoin is unlikely to drop to the lowest point ...
Additionally Bitcoin is a decentralized global transaction cash system, so my opinion of bitcoin not go down in price to 0, thanks ...

Then most alts will go to zero as well only a few altcoins will survive but I do not know for how long such projects could survive since most people will withdraw their money out of those coins as well in an attempt to try to keep their money, most likely we will need a new generation of coins to try to make people optimistic again but it is entirely possible the market never recovers from such a thing. |

If ever this thing wpuld happen, I doubt that it will negatively affect other cryptos. The demand at this moment is into Bitcoin and maybe if Bitcoin will die, the demand will be transferred to other cryptos because it is more likely to happen that the investors of Bitcoin will find something that is also profitable. So I think there's a possibility that it will be in favor for other cryptos. |
