I still have a dough on taking risk in cryptocurrency as still there are countries who are not making it legal to trade. so is there any chance for those countries to make it legal

There are so many people who continue to doubt crypto currency but of course you can not use it freely when your country illegalize crypto currency but there are many users of it in incognito mode. if crypto currency can cause fall down to a certain country then JAPAN, Russia and many first world country will not adopt the idea. and for you to know, being able to use crypto currency is upon your shoulder's risk. don't mind fraudulent news, mind your own decision and be wise.

The legal  of status of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them .Whereas the majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin itself illegal, its status as money (or a commodity) varies, with differing regulatory implications. While some countries have explicitly allowed it's use and trade, others have banned or restricted it.

The easiest way for this to happen is if crytpocurrencies are considered as a store value asset (like gold, diamond, bonds etc) rather than everyday flat out trading currency. This is because governments will want their stated out fiat money to still make sense and have its value; thus, converting your crypto to state regulated fiat still brings positive value to that particular fiat, and governments will not want to easily loose this hold.

it could be that countries that want bitcoin legally adopt bitcoin in their country, hoping for the benefit of bitcoin for their country, such as taxes or others, yes indeed if the country does believe in bitcoin and is able to manage it.

I do not rushed them as well to make all crypto as Legal or Bitcoin alone as legal, but as the countries accept cryptocurrency on their country it is a big achievement and they allowed it to be used freely around the community, as long as they put things on illegal matter I think everything will be just fine.

we all expect all nations to accept and ligal bitcoin, cryptocurrency and blockhcain but we know there are many countries that are still not ready to accept for some reason
but I believe bitcoin is the future advancement of eco-economic digital that is impossible, not learned by many countries so they do not take into account for the future of the digital economy

Therefore people need political will for this processes and I think initiatives like this may come from international agreements,Yes that's true that every country will make decisions by their own legislative bodies, but it may be helpful for this process. In additional,If countries don't take into account international practices it will be bad for their juridical doctrine, because of conflicts of law.we know that developed countries have their own international private law, which protects interests between the counties ,So if developed countries make it legal and developing countries not, when there are discussion between two countries it will cause very bad conflicts of laws.

Whether you like it or not or government in a particular country endorse the the acceptability of bitcoin or not, bitcoin are used in all the country in the world. Many people are involve in international trade so therefore, it may not be used locally but people used it for international trading and its transaction is very easy. Do not wait until all country pronounce bitcoin to be legal before you venture into it.

As far as I know based on news and some comments here in forum, bitcoin is not yet legal in all countries or ban in some countries because of the fear that bitcoin might be used in some illegal activities like drug trafficking or terrorist activity. But I hope seeing the good side of it might change their mind and will initially get involve in it so that cryptocurrency continues then bitcoin will exist forever.

I am sure one day all countries will legalize cryptocurrency in their respective countries. Although it sounds very impossible I believe the cryptocurrency can melt any Government in the world. If the development of crypto is better and the higher the price. The government will definitely not hesitate to legalize cryptocurrency. What I say now hopefully can happen later.

Well, the Anglo-Saxon legal system already regulates this market, although not all, but most of continental Europe Yes, and Romano-German, in particular, only some countries are just beginning to adapt.

Those are just common reasons, and its already happening now. Blackmarket has been using Bitcoin for every transaction for quite a long time already. But these kinds of illegal activities has existed long before Bitcoin was created.
The main reason why some countries arent on Bitcoin side, because the whole idea of Bitcoin and its decentralization goes against the Government and the banks.

Sooner or later all countries will legitimize cryptocurrencies. There is no doubt about this. The question is, what laws will regulate cryptocurrencies. How tough the conditions will be.

Yes because the world knows exactly how big is the lack of the old system on its service to the society and crypto currency is the answer to this need.

Yes, all the countries make cryptocurrency legal but not immediately. It will take more time, but at the same time some countries annouced that bitcoin is legal. Some countries banned the cryptocurrency. We dont know what exactly is going on, in many countries serious discussion is going on about legalization of cryptocurrency. But cryptocurrency will surely rule the world in future. So hope soon all the countries will accept cryptocurrency.

This can be done so slow and I think every leaders should study the advantages of cryptocurrency rather than banning it. There must be a certain conferences with those biggest investors prior this currency will be implemented. Making this legal can be so hard for every country specially when the leader of each particular state wouldn't recognized paperless transactions like bitcoin and other crypto.

This can be done in future but not now,  because many countries have no faith in cryptocurrency. Government afraid if they accept bitcoin people use that for illegal purpose. It takes long time to understand the whole concept about cryptocurrency. If one country accepts cryptocurrency and running successfully means automatically the other cointries are ready to accept as legal.

Hope so but not immediately all countries accept cryptocurrency as legal. It will take time to understand the whole concept about the cryptocurrency. Some countries now announced cryptocurrency as legal. This would change the other countries also. If one country is well in economic growth with cryptocurrency means other countries also consider about the legalization of cryptocurrency.

While some countries find it difficult to legalize it, it is because of the decentralize nature of it. Government will always want to have direct or indirect control of the financial world which is anti_smart contract which is one the key features of cryptocurrency through blockchain technology.

Some have but i think some are not! They hard to find something that makes them to legalize it maybe! But hoping that someday they'll realize and found out what they're needed to make it legallize to them. Hopiiiiing just hoping!
