I think I saw this TV drama haha

It reminds me of "WHAT is C PROJECT" . They had the same settings like anonymous team, no minimum cap, and of course their empty promises.

Definitely a SCAM project.

Bilibit project is totally scam see feedbacks they where not there if they are legit and they copy their contents to the other site.

In my point of view,he was just trying to catch some attentions from people so they will avoid BILIBIT PROJECT.

To criticize one project,be surely you have enough proof because if not,,they can do vice versa  on what you mention about filing case against them.
