I have Electrum installed on my PC and decided to uninstall it after those problems recently. I download new version and proceed with the normal installation. I restart my PC but no Electrum on desktop after boot.

Where I can locate the application? Thanks.

We need help. I've been trying on this tight forum to understand how and who do I ask question. It's too complicated. Just use Search function on any Windows Operating System* and it will lead you to .exe file. The actual installation folder is mentioned by mjglqw above.

For example in Windows 10, hit the Search icon made by Cortana at the taskbar and then the result will instantly appear. I have the same experienced recently wherein the .exe file shortcut isn't showing up in the desktop. After finding it, send it now to desktop for Shortcut icon.

if you are a beginner best advice i have to give is patient. before investing investing study each and every thing about cryptocurrency up to depth. dont be hurry and panic. bitcointalk is the best resource to study.also there are enough you tube videos website guides and ect.if you dont have enough money to invest i recommend you to do some bounties and airdrops. with them you  an make some free coins/tokens and you can sell them and buy some etherium or bitcoins from them.for doing bounties you need to gave good social media accounts with high number of friends/ followers and high ranked bitcointalk account. once you got enough capital hold half of them and you can start trading.but keep in mind you need to be a expert before trading .otherwise you may lost your funds..goodluck
