Download wub.exe Windows download blocker

https://www.sordum.org/9470/windows-update-blocker-v1-0/

Make batfile with this in in wub.exe/d then save and name it wub.bat
Make a shortcut, copy paste this to startup map


Type msconfig and check if it's active

Everytime rig restart win update blocker will be activated, otherwise if you disactivate win update manually it will turn itself back on after restart.
