I don't think ripple will be listed on coinbase right now but coinbase needs to list other cryptos or they will loose their advantage. By the end of 2018 we will have other options equal to or better than coinbase, they need to add altcoins or they will get left behind.

I think a move on to Coinbase makes sense. Gauging general consensus from average non crypto people I speak to ripple is always the coin that comes up after bitcoin. It's overall market cap has been huge at points so I think ripple is the obvious choice for Coinbase to make from a corporate perspective

Come on guys, coinbase will not add Ripple.
https://twitter.com/coinbase/status/970746383308177408

Must be the usual ripple shills trying to create some fomo for this bankers coin. This is not worth investing in as it has already pumped and has a large market cap. Any price rise will be modest, unless you invested in ripple 1 year ago and still have your stash

I never invested to Ripple because it is a centralized and a bankers coin. But these days, people knows how to market the coin on their own stash when they are ready to let go of it. Even the impossible they are making it to possible by creating fake articles, websites, news and so on.

Screw ripple and it's billion coins sixty percent which are owned by the company. I saw the CEO on fox financial news, he was a pompous ass talking about the billions he he owns in his centralized coin. I still beleive etherium is the future of crypto, that of course depends on eth maintaining its security. Btc, for better or worse looks like it will be stuck as an asset which is a shame because it was such a beautiful idea

I saw the latest news about it, and Coinbase said they have no decisions yet about adding Ripple. I guess it's just a rumor after they've confirmed their answer. Latest article is below:

so guys i want to share with you this Subject so we can all benefit I think Brad Garlinghouse (CEO at Ripple ) is smart enough to know by going on fast money with COO/President of coinbase there are going to be rumors  Roll Eyes  that would hurt the price of XRP if a certain announcement isn’t made.... that must be something backstage and i think He is very smart and knows what he is Shocked doing so what should we do buy the rumors sell the news . if you have anything to add please i would love to open a discussion about it  Grin

It's better not believe  this kind  of humor  because  there is no such bases regarding  this matter,  as we know that coinbase is a top exchange  company and only top crypto currencies they accept like bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum.

Although it would be somewhat convenient, I don't see that happening any time soon. However, I would appreciate it if Coinbase started adding more cryptocurrencies to its exchange.

thank you for the information, but it's better we must to be wiser to receive rumors or news, I'm afraid this will lead to a problem.

but certainly CEO Ripple has a better strategy than coinbase owners, let alone Ripple is now up 17% because the crypto market generates $ 15 billion.

so, I think both will make history in the crypto world.

Yes, I heard that Ripple is scheduled to be listed on Coinbase, but this has not yet been verified. Last year there were similar news, but nothing was confirmed. In addition, as far as I know, Coinbase has already made a statement that they will not support any more crypto currency.
