Hello, sorry to make a thread for such a seemingly easy question. Don't worry I'll lock it up once I get a satisfactory answer.

I see a lot of people when quoting long posts 'snip' out a section.

How is it they do this? I mean to get the line which says snip in the middle of it.

Everybody does that manually.

Just remove what you don't want and put a -snip- at it.
