Need some help figuring out how to translate Bitcoin Wiki

I'd like to help with the translation of the Wiki from time to time since I am fluent in a language that certainly is not in top 40.

With that in mind, what is the best practice for translating the Wiki in another language?

I essentially would have to clone it and self-host it I assume?

I'm wondering what language are you fluent in and why do you think translation into that language is needed? I'm asking because I think that 90%+ of people interested in Bitcoin know basic English and those who don't should rather learn it instead of reading articles in their native language.
