So I am observing a transaction, and something isn't matching up... The sender is sending from Coinbase BTC addy 32kJ... to address start 14JW....but the first transaction shows 14JW sending, and 32kJ receiving first. Then almost 8 minutes later, is then it is reversed...but it's split into transactions; one to b23b...(which I am understanding it as a part of segwit, and cannot click link, does not give information otherwise!), which received the majority of the funds. The remainder of the balance, as you can see, remains in 14JW. Help me understand? Viewing 14JW, where did the BTC go? https://blockchain.info/address/32kJwNnSWQkt9V4jSYdxyuV9LYDAJD9rD2

Alright, so therein lies the issue. I do not know where the wallet for bc1q...exists. It was suppose to be 32kJ --> 14JW, but this has occurred instead, and now 0.6 is missing. How do I view the location, because it will not populate on blockchain.info No one in this equation has access to bc1q.

So how to access the wallet... so even though it was told go to 14JW... it went to bc1q... but part of it was left over? The wallet it was sent to was also not segwit enable(is that make sense?), so how does that impact the situation?
Is difficult to say without knowing the exact details. So did you make the transaction yourself? Using which wallet?

If your customer sent 0.0350349 BTC to 14JW3BCbe2CE4gBESSevpUqSwggUsxVfsT , the wallet probably sent the remaining balance to another address in his wallet( bc1qeda79n8et2s5nu6u8gqa5wvhaxj4tmj296xlje) aka change address.

if it is coinbase, I think bc1qeda belongs to coinbase. they just recently started supporting bitcoin segwit https://blog.coinbase.com/announcing-segwit-support-on-coinbase-4e51117857c7though the blog shows image with 3xx address for example not bech32 address https://btc.com/bc1qeda79n8et2s5nu6u8gqa5wvhaxj4tmj296xljemight want to ask him whether 32kJ owned by him or just (his) sender address owned by coinbase

As far as I'm aware, the only two wallets that support "bech32" (aka "bc1") addresses are Electrum and now (as of v0.16.0) Bitcoin Core... Electrum doesn't allow mixing legacy and SegWit addresses in the same wallet... so if the user was using Electrum, there is no way that "bc1qed" can be a change address. I'm not sure if Bitcoin Core would generate a "bc1" change address for a transaction sent from a "P2SH-P2WPKH" (SegWit "3" address)... It's possible, but I suspect that it would not. Alright, so therein lies the issue. I do not know where the wallet for bc1q...exists. It was suppose to be 32kJ --> 14JW, but this has occurred instead, and now 0.6 is missing. Who initiated that transfer? And what wallet were they sending from?

Thanks Danny, Need to get my eyes checked! It would appear that following their announcement of implementing SegWit, Coinbase have indeed started using bech32 addresses for change... There doesn't seem to be any official announcement on this, the only reference I could locate was a very confusing and poorly structured blog post: If you look at Coinbase segwit transactions you will notice the change is already using bech32, and sends are already supported for bech32. Looks like the Bech32 Adoption page needs to be updated
