Is it hard to open case and remove fans?
What kind of screwdriver is required to undo this thing?

Do you think it would be better to reapply thermal paste and changed it to arctic ceramique 2 or MX-4?
How easy to remove fans?
Are they mounted as on standard motherboard?
Can you upload photo of PCB and inner workings if possible please
