I have no account in hitbtc but anyway your information are important, for the people have plan to use hitbtc to be aware about the information came from you.
Actually i exchange for my trading job the most reliable and have grea reputation in the cryptocurrency world assure my investment is safe. For me actually the trading has been alright and I have been able to trade, withdrawal, and deposit with no problem. I have heard from various others that they are having issues which leads me to believe they are. Couple that with the fact there deposit and withdrawal fees are insanely high, it isn't worth it to trade there. I will only trade there if it is a last resort and the coin I wanted is listed elsewhere, hell I might even wait it out just to avoid HitBTC now. I don't know why everybody thinks they are good, they completely suck. Oh and you always have some amount remaining of every coin because you can only sell every .1 or something like that. Just the worst!

I used to trade on this exchange some of the new coins which are not available to trade on bittrex but a couple of months back I faced missing coins from my account and no response from the support team. It is a bad sign so I stopped trading on this exchange but somehow I managed to withdraw all my coins after waiting for few days but until now no response from their support team for those old tickets.

Some of coins on hitbtc are not able to deposit or withdraw and i heard also many complaints about losing coins and many more. Maybe don't hold your coins to that exchange if is not safe there try to find more safest exchange where you can trade your coins.

I still have my tokens and bitcoin in hitbtc and the last trading activity that I did is last week. Everything works perfect for me, But I guess a have to double check now to see if there are possible issues that I might get in the future.

Although I have heard so much negatives about Hitbtc so far I don't encounter any problems with them. But I will still observed and used my common sense here. I don't want to be trap and maybe I need to get out of my funds before anything happens to them. Thanks for letting us know.

I have been as an old user in HitBtc, indeed I also have to admit that I also experienced some obstacles and even been somewhat annoyed with the rather slow handling of HitBtc.
but by not reducing the respect and hard work of the HitBtc team, albeit a little late but the problems that occur can be resolved as well.
it takes patience if you experience problems with HitBtc and do not hesitate to complain to their team.

There are many complaints recently about hitbtc exchange, in their coins deposit missing, withdrawal, inactive support. So i think its not safe now to trade in hitbtc until they resolve those problems on website. I use hitbtc before without any proble,, its sad to see this happening to a legit exchange.

Yes I  can't process to exchange in hitctc. The price is more expensive that's why I want to exchange in hitbtc.But it can't be. That's why it's too wasteful to lost almost $200.We hope so hitbtc will be available soon. Of course people will look for much more expensive to trade. So that everybody will have the benefit of every high exchanger. But if hitbtc will process many people will transfer to hitbtc.

Send email is usless for top exchange so avoid to send email to them because it will be no respond.

Those who are smart already opted out of HitBTC and Yobit a long time ago since they both operate on the same level. These are exchanges that a lot has been raised as they are involved in a lot of scam and all they are just after is money and stealing a lot of funds as much as they can without any apology. I guess some people always prefer learning their lessons the hard way, and problem is nothing new for shit exchanges like this.

There is no point telling him not to exchange on HitBTC as he is already in deep. I am not sure if people do not use online to check for reviews before making use of some services and despite all that has been said about HitBTC, I have always been trying to know the way they have still been able to deceive some traders into using their service. Most of these shit exchanges will end up dashing away with a lot of user's funds at the end.

I stopped using HitBTC a long time ago when I started noticing some shady deals. This is an exchange just as its brother Yobit, which has only been known to only list shit coins, have no support at all and then can decide to do whatever they like at any point in time. I wonder why people in the community will end up on that kind of exchange in the first place. Sometimes, I always feel we are the source of our own predicament in the long run.

I am trading since long and I have not gotten any problems with this exchanger. However last time I checked was yesterday and today I'm playing on yobit for sometime. But HitBtc is working perfectly that I can tell you surely. I played along XRP, NEM, SCL and ETH yesterday and it was smooth and on time transaction.

You might be getting problems while selling and buying the coins then that's related to faster transactions that are on going. This is leading to filled and cancelled orders to act fast. You might wanna reduce the price a little bit to execute the orders successful. That is my observation but rest you can do it yourself.

I have been using HitBTC for quite a long time and I had no problems. I stopped trading sometime ago so I can't really tell you if there are any problems with trading. However, I'm dissatisfied with their service. Exchange works slow for me, they have high withdrawal fee and even a deposit fee! It's ridiculous, Bitcoin transaction fees became low and stable, and it seems that HitBTC and Bittrex are not going to change their fees anytime soon.

The main reason why people continue to use this exchange site (hitbtc) because a lot of new coin that not tradable in some major exchange site are listed in hitbtc meaning they dont have no choose and continue use this exchange site even they know the risk are so high.

Hitbtc is a big site and has a lot of users. But lately I've heard a lot of comments complaining about their transactional regime, high fees and transaction errors that often happen. This is a bad signal for all traders.
I think you should recommend to Hitbtc management and quickly switch to Binance to avoid property loss.

I too have used hitbtc before, never had any problems, but now that i've read so many dissatisfied comments/posts i avoid using them.
They only have deposit fee on bitcoin? that's ridiculous, i'm not sure why is that. i couldn't find any fee information/message on other currencies, can anyone else check?

I think a lot of these exchanges are pretty small as far as staff goes and have had an insane amount of new accounts the last six months. I think just bitgrail went full bad, everyone else has slowly resolved most customer tickets. Personally, I had two problems with withdrawls from hitbtc so I stopped using them. They did fix both issues within two weeks though. That said, if you grow suspect, move along to another place as soon as you're able to pull out. It's not worth the downside.

Everyone really do hate HitBTC and I think they moved somewhere else. At least in my case I'm done with that trading exchanges so no need for me to be nervous. But for newbies who didn't listen, I guess you are just a few yards from being screwed so I will advise to go on and try other services and moved away from HitBTC.

This should be a foregone conclusion by now. HitBTC has screwed many of us here and the reports we read around this forum really says it all. Let those newbies be warn again, HitBTC is just to be trusted so be very cautious. I already move all of funds already like months ago or years if I'm not mistaken upon hearing a lot of negative things about them, plus withdraw fee is very high for casual traders. Oh and I totally forgot that I have issues way back 2018 as well, withdrawals took a week or two to processed.

I believe almost all trading sites have some issues and although hitbtc has no good reputation based on some people's experience but in my experience I don't face any problem with my trading activities and deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, I don't only rely on hitbtc as they have less volume, I still prefer big exchanges like Bittrex and Binance.

I still appreciate those who share their experience, this way, the community will know.

Even if HitBTC is on the top 10 exchanges according to you, it doesn't mean that they can't be a shitty exchanges. You can go around the forum and I'm sure you will find a lot of accusations against them. How did you know that you can get a faster response from the supposedly official telegram? Have you tried it? Again, you have a good experience with them so far, but it doesn't discount the fact that many of us here has been screwed one time or another by this exchange so I'm totally out of that trading platform for good. Using centralised exchanges are always risky so you need to be careful while choosing an centralized exchange as far now Binance is the more safe exchange to be used but having more decentralised exchanges will eliminate all the issues related to exchange.

If you have a bad experience about this exchange, you should leave and stay away, look for a better exchange and I'm sure you can find a more reputable exchange. In online, exchanges are vulnerable to hack, just recently cryptopia was hack and I wonder how the depositors would feel in relation to that.

I don't have accounts with hitbtc but it seemed they are having technical problems that deal with the security of the platform.  My problem with most of this trading exchange is that they have poor customers services.  They hardly reply mails and complain.  I think in future we might needs to have regulations system in place that will bring serious into this cryptocurrencies exchange platforms.
