HITBTC in problems ???

Anyone having problems to do trading on their exchange ??.
Since several days it's not possible to trade, they claim that  is is due to the transition of STAR
can you pls. indicate if trading is working with you ??
They won't respond to emails so that's already bad signal.

I'm not trading in HITBTC, but I heard many complaints about their services and I heard that hitbtc has fraudulent service and scammer.

So, I suggest to you to don't attempt to trade in hitbtc you may lose your investment. If you already deposit in their wallet better to transfer them again back to your official wallet or any safety wallet and if you wanted to trade go to the other trusted exchange site instead.

I have no account in hitbtc but anyway your information are important, for the people have plan to use hitbtc to be aware about the information came from you.
Actually i exchange for my trading job the most reliable and have grea reputation in the cryptocurrency world assure my investment is safe. But do not judge the hitbtc may the the owner are now trying to resolve the problem to prove it not a scammers so give them chance for the old user wait until the problem fix.

For me actually the trading has been alright and I have been able to trade, withdrawal, and deposit with no problem. I have heard from various others that they are having issues which leads me to believe they are. Couple that with the fact there deposit and withdrawal fees are insanely high, it isn't worth it to trade there. I will only trade there if it is a last resort and the coin I wanted is listed elsewhere, hell I might even wait it out just to avoid HitBTC now. I don't know why everybody thinks they are good, they completely suck. Oh and you always have some amount remaining of every coin because you can only sell every .1 or something like that. Just the worst!

I used to trade on this exchange some of the new coins which are not available to trade on bittrex but a couple of months back I faced missing coins from my account and no response from the support team. It is a bad sign so I stopped trading on this exchange but somehow I managed to withdraw all my coins after waiting for few days but until now no response from their support team for those old tickets.

Some of coins on hitbtc are not able to deposit or withdraw and i heard also many complaints about losing coins and many more. Maybe don't hold your coins to that exchange if is not safe there try to find more safest exchange where you can trade your coins.

Cryptopia is facing huge problems also, i'm waiting over 2 months for one of my deposit's with a zero to little response from the support team. Soon all of these exchanges will die out with the rise of the DEX, for the best imo

I still have my tokens and bitcoin in hitbtc and the last trading activity that I did is last week. Everything works perfect for me, But I guess a have to double check now to see if there are possible issues that I might get in the future.

Although I have heard so much negatives about Hitbtc so far I don't encounter any problems with them. But I will still observed and used my common sense here. I don't want to be trap and maybe I need to get out of my funds before anything happens to them. Thanks for letting us know.

I have been as an old user in HitBtc, indeed I also have to admit that I also experienced some obstacles and even been somewhat annoyed with the rather slow handling of HitBtc.
but by not reducing the respect and hard work of the HitBtc team, albeit a little late but the problems that occur can be resolved as well.
it takes patience if you experience problems with HitBtc and do not hesitate to complain to their team.
hopefully and hopefully that HitBtc can solve problems with users.

I heared alot of times that HITBITC is like a scam project that alot of people loose money there or  didnot get payments from there . I used it may be 5-10 times and without problems , iam last times iam strange looking for project like that which have tons of bad feedbacks.

There are many complaints recently about hitbtc exchange, in their coins deposit missing, withdrawal, inactive support. So i think its not safe now to trade in hitbtc until they resolve those problems on website. I use hitbtc before without any proble,, its sad to see this happening to a legit exchange.

Yes I  can't process to exchange in hitctc. The price is more expensive that's why I want to exchange in hitbtc.But it can't be. That's why it's too wasteful to lost almost $200.We hope so hitbtc will be available soon. Of course people will look for much more expensive to trade. So that everybody will have the benefit of every high exchanger. But if hitbtc will process many people will transfer to hitbtc.

HitBTC actually good exchange and so far i dont have problem with deposit and withdrawal , and i think they customer support late to answer because their member increased. And about Ignis airdrop until now they does not distributed yet but all others exchange did it, they should be increasing their service because now alot of new others exchange that has better service.

I dont trade in hitbtc for several weeks so i dont face that type of problem.
Send email is usless for top exchange so avoid to send email to them because it will be no respond.

Those who are smart already opted out of HitBTC and Yobit a long time ago since they both operate on the same level. These are exchanges that a lot has been raised as they are involved in a lot of scam and all they are just after is money and stealing a lot of funds as much as they can without any apology. I guess some people always prefer learning their lessons the hard way, and problem is nothing new for shit exchanges like this.

if you want to put some coin in hitbtc just sell it and withdraw fast dont stay longer.

I think your problem is that you first need to wait for a response when you're in support so they can see it and read it well for sure million of users are also trading in the market and they have a lot of complaints about it.

So, I suggest to you to don't attempt to trade in hitbtc you may lose your investment. If you already deposit in their wallet better to transfer them again back to your official wallet or any safety wallet and if you wanted to trade go to the other trusted exchange site instead.

There is no point telling him not to exchange on HitBTC as he is already in deep. I am not sure if people do not use online to check for reviews before making use of some services and despite all that has been said about HitBTC, I have always been trying to know the way they have still been able to deceive some traders into using their service. Most of these shit exchanges will end up dashing away with a lot of user's funds at the end.

I stopped using HitBTC a long time ago when I started noticing some shady deals. This is an exchange just as its brother Yobit, which has only been known to only list shit coins, have no support at all and then can decide to do whatever they like at any point in time. I wonder why people in the community will end up on that kind of exchange in the first place. Sometimes, I always feel we are the source of our own predicament in the long run.
