What is the best way to rent GPU mining power (like NiceHash) for obscure algos?

Miningrigrentals doesn't have an ability to directly contact the sellers before renting so that I can have them point their miners at this specific coin. Is there a marketplace for renting GPU power where I provide the links to the software for the miner beforehand? I don't believe I can deal directly through here, rule abiding, correct?

I don't think your going to have much luck with that one.  Most people shy away from cloud mining, they always find a way to screw you.  You can roll the dice with a main stream currency cloud mining but if you are looking into obscure coins you are just going to be far better off buying a gpu or two and start mining.
