Without money your project won’t move an inch forward. That’s the reality you need to realize and accept. You will need cold hard cash or coins to transform your plan or idea into something tangible.

I know I know and we all heard it all, there’s no harm in dreaming about big things but without the right resources it will remain a dream.

Patenting is expensive. Focus on what’s important and relevant. Unless you are reasonably certain that this idea is sustainable and potentially lucrative, you should invest your resources wisely.

That's really good idea if you know well what to do and how to do. Obviously, most of the people don't know what they are doing. And the end they didn't get anything. Before investing your money in any ICO or crypto project you should know them well. So that you don't lose anything there. I recently invest in a new ICO project SciDex. Results oriented and reliable.

It sounds like you're going to need to recruit or collaborate with others from each aspect of the project. IT, writers and marketing are probably the main ones you will need for now. You may have a great idea, but you will not only need someone to help you market this product or service but also writers who can turn your ideas into words that is easy and comprehensive for people to understand, and possibly want to invest in your project. From experience, it is extremely tedious (but also crucial) to make sure that everything that is written on the whitepaper and website is accurate.

A lot of ICOs don't have an actual product or service yet, and that can be a lot harder to market. You need to start talking and getting into the community (if you haven't already). From there you can very roughly gather interest for your project. As time goes by you'll probably need to have a marketing team to tackle the social media side.

As for your question yes you can bring on a team to do it for you, but you'll need to have an understanding of how capable the team is and what skills they are going to bring to the table.

Of course you can bring your own team to create the project for you. Almost 80-90% of ICO's are like that. Someone has an idea he like to put up but he/she has no coding experience. So he bring or hire a team to work under him. So he is the main driver, he oversees everything and make the final judgement. You just need to draw the concept with them so that they understand what you really wanted to realized at the end.

The problem is he doesn't have a penny to spend on a team for his/her ICO project, IMO.

As for me that My idea is about a good project I will run the project and make new idea how do I take the people to make a team to do the project well so if the project has problem we can solve together by a team.

It's always good for you since its your idea and what about the comment of others? Do you think they find it an outstanding one? Maybe you should place some good efforts and show that you had a good capital to start this up so that future partners will see that your claims to be a good peoject is true.

Having no money or start up capital would really be hard yet you wont able to move since you dont have sufficient amount to make your idea working. Not all the times people would support only other peoples idea even though how good it is,if you dont have money or capability then there would be always doubts on other people. There might be some exceptional cases if the project is really worth on to risk for a particular investor or partner.

At the risk of sounding like I'm patronising:

Useful Product, Well Marketed.
Don't try the other way around. You might win the sprint but you'll lose the marathon.

First thing you need is a few more heads than yours to bounce ideas around, you need to recruit a few people who believe in your idea. It helps to have something written or a simple website to pitch it to them.

Spent a lot of sweat and thoughts into the usefulness. Create usage scenarios and break them apart with your team. You'll see a lot of new ideas come out.

Then create user workflows and again, break them apart with your team. This process will give you a clear vision on your product but also allow you to create a proper development backlog.
At this point you'll be able to create a roadmap. On the short term focus on what's possible; but make sure to include a bold larger vision.

Then put all of it into a whitepaper, build a basic website and come back here for feedback.  Grin

Final Edit: Thank you all so much, I now know what I need to do to move forward!

I think about an idea that in the project management frameworks of ICOs/projects, a project begins with a business case, project agreement or project initiation document. Formally this is true, but informally there is a stage before, the project concept brief. The development of a project concept describes the process of formulating an idea into something one which people can act. It is the way to attract the support of people who wield the power of project initiation.

This is a pretty reasonable assessment in response to OP.

Certainly going after your idea is nothing to put you down for. But there's gonna have to be a little more meat behind the idea to make it anything substantial. Either you have a great network of people willing to work with you, or you're going to need cash to build and grow.

The cool thing about ICOs is that it's democratized the process a bit. But with the gold rush it's become, you'll definitely need some resources up front to stand out from the crowd.

In short, it's definitely the time to go for it if you think you want to join the blockchain party. But it's definitely not a free lunch like some would have you believe!
