BTC is also trustable like ETH. obviously those two are different cryptocurrency they have a disadvantages and advantages but when it comes to trust. i think its up for the users which of the two they like. All cryptos are secured its up for the user how they manage their private accounts.

BTC here in Philippines is more easy to transact done the ETH. ETH is also a good cryptocurrency however, BTC has greater value and people wants to get that value. So that's why I think BTC is still be my first choice.

Personally I have first choice bitcoin, because no one has control over it.No government,No company. I believe them bitcoin is a real crypto currency. investment, trading, mining All the best depends to bitcoin with me. Personally I love them trading and bitcoin always give me trading success Fair.

Trustable? How can you trust a coin with a centralized authority? Vitalik and his founders were made multi-millionaires with the release of Ethereum's pre-mine. Vitalik even had discussions with the Russian president, Putin and we know how corrupt he is. <there is even murder accusations against him>

I will never trust a coin with a identifiable central authority, because these people can be bribed, forced with violence to do what other people <governments> wants them to do.

Bitcoin is the one being considered first because I think bitcoin was released earlier than ethereum and that its vaue is higher compared to ethereum. I agree with someone who posted here that bitcoin can easily be transacted in the Philippines because I am a filipino too but it is too risky because it does not have private keys compared to ethereum where it can secure itself from unknown user who wants to transact with it. I am alao relieved that on our bitcoin wallet platform from the Philippines called coins.ph is now considering ethereum. It will be easier for us know to receive payments through it.

Bitcoin is being taken first because it is the king of crypto currency. It is the first of its kind.

Also it has something to do with price. Many experts still believe that Bitcoin price will reach $100,000 and others even to a million dollars and some people are hoping that this will happen in the next few years.

Probably because it was the first decentralized cryptocurrency (or at least the first one to succeed), which means it had more time to establish itself. This also leads to BTC being on more news outlets than any other crypto, so most people will relate cryptocurrencies with BTC).
Its high value also makes it more attractive / more "popular" as an investment. However, just because it is the most popular or has the highest market cap doesn't mean it is the best.

Here we go again about this needless argument about ETH and BTC. They are both wonderful development which I am sure both developers will appreciate the ingenuity of each others if given the opportunity to express such but the problem are those that eventually key into the dream and wants to believe one should be ahead of the other and why. In your case, based on trust which is the reason you are choosing ETH above, its not binding on the community to do same and in determining the top one, its the majority that will have their way.

because ETH is neither trusted nor easy to transact.
it is centralized and filled with bugs and when they did a roll back despite majority of the network opposition it proved that you can not trust it at all. as for transactions whenever there is an ETH network congestion it becomes impossible to make any transactions let alone having them confirmed.
with bitcoin the worst thing that happens is fees going up! but you can still continue to use it.

Because bitcoin still holds the highest value for the entirety of the cryptocurrency market. Yes, ethereum is highly regarded as the smart cryptocurrency wherein it can be programmed into basically whatever you would want to do with it and often heralded as the cryptocurrency that can best and beat bitcoin due to its nature. However one thing that it must overcome first before being able to jump into that number one spot is that it has to beat the value and the monetary i fluence of bitcoin

Don't forget that bitcoin was created way before than the ETH so bitcoin is the father if all crypto currencies.But the price of bitcoin is expensive due to its availability it is limited to 21 millions but in ETH the availability is unlimited so the proce of each coin willbe less.

I think both coins are good. Both have different features, different advantages and disadvantages which users like. But personally, i prefer to invest and use bitcoin than ethereum because:
1) It is decentralized. No one controls bitcoin which is a good thing cause you can assure that no one tracks your transactions.
2) It has greater value than ethereum and any other coins.
3) It is easy to transact especially here in our country.
4) It gives good return of investment.
5) Many investors use bitcoin and because of it, there are possibilities that it will grow and grow and might skyrocket in the future.

of course because bitcoin is the first crypto. excess bitcoin, no one can control. the first tenology of the vitrual currency. most investors and traders always have bitcoin.

First of all bitcoin and eth are two different innovations. They don't belong to the same category when it comes to digital coins: cyptocurrencies and tokens

This is also one reason why bitcoin is more valuable than etherium. Bitcoin is decentralized while etherium is centralized. We all know that crypto values depends on the acceptance of the people. The more people that will embrace the technology the higher its value.

Bitcoin is the mother in all altcoins including ethereum so that bitcoin remains the first with the limitations of bitcoin reaching only 21 million bitcoin while ethereum is alternarive of all altcoin and has no limitations on the altcoins.
