Hi, i'm here again. i created a transaction on alfacashiers. i sent 31btc in exchange for perfect money. the confirmation took more than two hours and now my order has been cancelled. does that mean my coins are lost ? what can i do?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

just as an update, the transaction now has 6 confirmations. also i have sent several messages to their support via skype and via email, no word from them yet. have anybody ever experienced this?
