No, although the WellTrado team is working in this direction, but the states keep being an obstacle for p2p investment. Judging by the fact that this aggregator is already operating in EU, the issue can be called solved to some point. |

This is reached only due to special terms of economic interaction of the EU countries. And also, this approach cant be called a global one. |
