In my opinion, I do not know how much you get on ICO.and ICO risk fraud if you are not lucky enough.maybe you can try to make more strict rules for yourself about what kind of ICO you want to invest. so we really need  Ico rules.

If nothing can be done, you must considered this as lesson learned.  If I may, please remember this,  always divide your money, if you invest all your money in a single ICO and you lose your money then you do not have any more money to try to make up for that mistake which showed  us the importance of diversification.   The risk is quite high and be careful . Do not give up easily, it is a good idea before you participate in ICO to consider who the developer is and how the team will develop the project, not just whether the project they developed is useful or not. If yes ICO will definitely work and you will benefit from ICO.

haha, ICO is starting to sound like gamble these days. do you go to conference and meet new people? there are many ways to get real information. not just on internet. it shouldn't not be a gamble but, I think there are still a lot of hope and chance in crypto. may be trying to see in long term might help. also, if your research has not gone well may be trying different method would make it better. best luck,

I understand you , because I'm feeling the same . It was a stupid decision to invest in ICO's on a falling crypto market , where everything is falling down , doesn't matter how good it is and what potential it have . Nowadays , most part of coins from recently ended ICO's are worth much lesser then ICO price , but I'm still hoping that things will go better in the future and I'l be able at least to return my funds , I hope you'l do the same .
