First of all before you invest in an ICO you should know the risk of it first. ICOs are very risky because you don't know if it will succeed or failed. Also it involves crypto which is very volatile in nature.

I know you lose a lot of money that you trusted to the leader of ICO that you invested but It is not a reason to give up. For sure you can still recover and able to earn more than you lose. Used the experience as motivation. There are lots of ICO that is capable and has a great leader. You only have to research first about the background of the ICO and used your experience. We failed but giving up will not lead us to success.

That happens many times to other people and I feel sorry about them because some people are eager to earn huge profit in a short period of time with doing a research on a certain project. i do agree that most of the ico's today that running are all scam and it was hard to find a legitimate project but we should not give up right now and just keep on looking on their platform before starting to invest a huge amount or join their bounty.

So sorry for your loss but I only hope the money you invested is not quite much. This will be a lesson to every potential investor not to just dabble into contributing in an ICO without proper research into the team in charge of the project. There are a lot of scam ICOs, we just need to be very careful.

Well maybe, this is not just the good time to participate on ICOs due to the experienced market volatility. For now be patient and wait for positive things to take place. And once recovery happen in the market, it would be the best time to again participate on ICO investment. Don't give up yet because increase have not taken place so far so still, there's a chance and we just have to wait for that hremaining hope.

if you want to give up and will not work at the ICO again, then that is your right, I will not forbid it, but in my opinion if you blame yourself, that is not good.
do not regret it for too long, and still be passionate about finding another job that is more profitable if you want to leave the ICO.
