I think you should consider ICO project's TON. The only problem is that it is very difficult to get approval for investment.

I think coins with high market cap won't allow you to gain 100x or more. What I suggest is to dig for coins which have:
- low supply
- low market cap
- fairly low price
- already existing products or chances to deliver soon
- confidence about devs deliveries
- helpful community
- responsive developers
