Ive been cooking this idea in my mind for many months now.
i want to create an ico, its a simple one, that requires a smart contract that move the coins between the wallets in accordance to some conditions.
i know some basic programming, and currently studying smart contract programming specifically.

in order to manifest that idea, i thought about outsourcing the development of this, i was interested in some service providers, but i would like to hear from the knowledge and experience of the people here.

What are the challenges i need to take in count when going towards this kind of project?
Any good ico development companies out there you can recommend?
Things i should avoid along the way?
