Received it less than 2 weeks ago but instead went with a 1000W (I thought I was going to stick to 2 cards and I jumped to 4)

I ship priority USPS with tracking.

I thought Rosewill were good quality? Is it because its not GOLD/Silver ETc  certified?

i'd send it back. rosewill is neweggs own brand, they do not make the PSUs but just rebrands them from other OEMs. you're not going to know who the OEM is unless you open it up, which will void the warranty. and there's not enough reviews on these rosewill brands so you can't really just look up the OEM.

i recently also bought a rosewill PSU from newegg (although the 600w model), used it for literally 5 minutes with just ONE 5830 plugged in... and poof... PSU died and won't turn back on. do yourself or the potential buyer a favor and just return it.

Already set up an RMA for it sorry to hear that. I have been running to 5830s on this one and have had no issues. I guess I will count my blessings.
