I know signature campagns exists on this forum for very log time . I was wondering , do they really help to promote ICO , i know they spend a lot of money to pay bitcointalk members to wear their singatures and make posts . Do they really make profit out of this ?
i dont know if they make profit out of this, but i think this forum is at the moment the best place to promote a ico. here a lot of people how are interesting in bitcoin and blockchain. many ico´s i only noticed because of the signature campaigns here in the forum.

Yes of course, signature campaign is the most known advertising services in this forum and mostly all members knows cryptocurrency and aware on signature campaigns. And i think 50% of the forum members are sure investors and looking a reliable project through the signatures of other member. One of the great advantages of signatures is that if a quality poster is wearing a signature it immediately attracts attention, that is the way in which I have found many projects by reading the comments of those users on the forum and then looking at their signature, when I see a project I have never seen I investigate it and if I like it I may invest in it.

Yes because if it is not effective then many ICOs would not use this kind of campaign to promote the ICO. All people in this forum are interested in cryptocurrency though not all may be interested in ICO but still even if only 10% of the people in here would see the ICO and then invest in it would be a good thing because this forum has 1.5 million members. Personally, if I see a high rank member wearing a signature or a trusted member then I would see what that site is all about because I believe that legendary members know better since they have been in the space for a long time so I would think that what they are promoting would have a potential. The same goes for a signature that I would often see regardless of the rank, I would click the link for that and see why many people are promoting it.

Yes, it is one of the most effective ways to get awareness about the project, already many people know about this. Mainly Bitcoin talk forum is based on huge community and they will get awareness about the project, there many other ways, to get awareness but every company will allocate some amount for the Signature Campaign.

Signature campaign becomes something that you should do even if you know it won't work. It is good solution if you have smaull budget.
Lol that makes no sense. If an ICO marketing believes it doesn't work, why should they create one? I share the same opinion as others. Signature campaign could be very effective. Two good examples are BitMixer.io and Primedice. Both services create a long-term, years-long signature campaign here in Bitcointalk. What do they get? The biggest market share of their business sector. BitMixer.io was the most popular and trusted Bitcoin mixing service until they closed their service about a year ago. ChipMixer is obviously trying to take the market share by using the same strategy as BitMixer: a long-term signature campaign in Bitcointalk.

Sometimes it does, sometimes not. You most likely seen most of famous coin that had successful ICO advertised by signature campaign hence this method gives lot of revenue and advantage, like those ICO will be seen for anyone in this forum. That's a promising method to advertise something.

Yes ofcourse the signature campaign really helps to promote cryptocurrency, if that doesnt promote as such then this wont be existing now. Business is everywhere no one can pay for nothing. Bitcoin members are getting paid for their quality post since this advertisement is promoting the ICO's.

Well yeah signature campaigns helps to promote ICO and some services since this forum was first one to discuss cryptocurrency stuff and also the most visited one for crypto-enthusiast so, the advertising team saw this forum as a great opportunity to advertise the projects here but sometimes the signature campaign advertising fails but some ICOs were successful because of signature campaigns .

It is good solution if you have smaull budget.
Smaller budgets will just cut your money and results will not be seen so far if you will just run a campaign for a couple of weeks. It's like advertising on live TV or radio or newspaper. The longer you will run those ads, the higher chance of getting good results and traffic on ICO or any service or products you are endorsing.

Of course they work and they're often both very effective and profitable. Half of the time I'm not even aware of 99% of these crapcoin ICOs until I see them advertised here by shitposters crapping all over the place; so yes, they're very effective. Also, often it doesn't cost them very much if anything at all. Most are paid out via tokens they've pre-mined themselves so there's no real cost to them. If you don't hire a campaign manager - which many don't - then there's no real loss at all. Many make sufficient money via their crowdsale so it's worth paying one anyway. The shameful thing is that it's counterproductive to them to have a manager who does his job because the more people posting = the more people who see their advert so it doesn't really matter about quality of posts either. This is something that should change though and they shouldn't be allowed to operate here in such a way. This has been an issue in signature campaigns. As effective as it is for ICOs, it also contributes to most of the trash in this forum. Shitposters have been desperate to earn money and to do so, they would come up with thoughtless and content-less replies or threads. Perhaps if signature campaigns advocate for quality posters for better promotion, then this would be avoided. It should not be enough that a participant of a signature campaign is able to post numerously within the week. Of course, it can be helped when not all signature campaigns even hire a campaign manager. If I were to see an ICO that was advertised by someone who post constructively rather than someone who says nonsense, I'd likely invest on the former.

Certainly they wont be paying lots of money to bitcointalk members of its not helping they're project to attract investor. Bitcointalk is where you lots of bitcoin enthusiast, traders and jnvestor gather. So doing some signature campaign and advertising they're ICO here can help they're project to be successful.

I promote my token with ma signature...I do not notice that it is a success.
Do you mean by your signature on your profile? No doubt if you get no success because your signature is far away to be called as an attractive signature. Signature should be eye-catching, so others can see as an attractive thing to look into it. Other reason why you get no success is about your trust rating. It will hard to attract others with what you have on your profile especially you are promoting it alone.

Yes it does. I had the same doubt when I first entered into a signature campaign but then the forum made me realize that it is effective. There are so many people using the forum every day and signature campaign is a way through which many people advertise an ICO. It gets recognized by the other people easily since many people advertise it at the same time. Many investors who are interested in it , join their ICOs and invest in it. It also paves way for the ICO to develop the team by adding more interested developers to their team.

As a bounty hunter i think there is a significant contribution in signature campaign in the promotion of an ICO because some of the top performing ICO you can search via google search engine are mostly wore by a lot of users here in the forum.

Many ico's have great signature designs but most of them still failed to get alot of investors because they have a low budget when it comes to advertising. that is why they should also consider their allocated budget in order to attain a more succesive rate when doing such campaigns. Choosing the right campaign manager to manage your campaign does also matters.

Yes they help to promote ICO. Signature campaign is the way to advertise their project in a cheaper way and effective way. It's the most effective thing to promote it in here. Here in bitcoin forum where most people are already educated about this kind of thing. Try to promote it on social media most people will ignore it and if they are curious of it they still have a bunch of question starting from the thing where blockchain started. So Signature campaign is more effective especially here in bitcointalk.

If they promote their ICO and handouts lots of references and good content to begin with i think they might have a shot. Having an ICO and making this publicly by hiring and making signature campaign can actually give them popularity 70% sure. Majority of users in this forum has mostly obtained more than enough to spare when investing on an ICO and many secret millionaires are lurking around the shadows in here so it may have a 85% chance success

I believe it works. This can explain why most upcoming ICO does it. Its not just a pattern that are been practiced by every ICO developing team, it's their method of ICO exposure and its now been often used especially now Facebook banned ICO advertising. Even though, we know that sometimes some forum accounts who are wearing the signatures are only doing this just because of the payout.

I think it's help
Why ? There is no way that new ICO keep try to advertise here without reason. They won't be too stupid for nothing right ?
It's a matter of time and how much their advertise budget that will affect on their exposure !
