It sounds like maybe, the reason is here in the forum are 98% investor surely because of members here in forum likely aware of cryptocurrencies investment so, much better than ICO's putting a big amount on bounty/signature campaign to be well known a company whos in signature by the members who participated. Unlike those social media, I think 50% are not investors and not totally oriented on cryptos.

Of course such campaigns are useful. It help much and every time we wear we promote an ICO or other crypto.  Business men will not pay you for nothing because they are business minded, and they know too that not all business can be successful, most of them expect to fail and most of them will try again because they learn their weaknesses.

Helpful but not guaranteed to earn success since you will only get the forum traffic and forum guys are not all consist of investors since a large numbers of guys stayed here for bounties. But if sig camps will be help by social camps and any other more maybe a success you want will be earn since that is the most ideal thing needed to do by ICO owners.

Definitely yes, how ironic that until now there's a lot of participants are creating of illogical question! We all knows or else most of the participants in this site were join in signature campaign because they paid by the ICO promoters. So there's no reasons to asked it again in again, because it is results of redundancy to the topic.

I was wondering , do they really help to promote ICO , i know they spend a lot of money to pay bitcointalk members to wear their singatures and make posts . Do they really make profit out of this ?

Wearing signature of one participants not means that they can earn income immediately, try to review first the signature campaign you join if you accepted? Other than that review the rules and regulation of the campaign you join if you meets it and review when the campaign ended to see if they already finished or not.

Off course Signature bounty is one of the best ways to promote an ICO. By wearing the signature lots of people gets to see the advert and gets to be aware of such ico. Personally I have discovered many ico through people's signature and it really helps a lot.

The answer would obviously be yes

There are many other ways to promote not just signatures but they are the best way of gaining widespread attention in this forum

On average, the weekly cost of a signature campaign is at least 1 BTC, so for a month it is about 4 BTC. Logically, why spending such a sum of money or more for something useless and has no input for your project ?. Simply, because it presents an effective method of advertising.

Agreed to your point but this forum doesnt only consist bounty hunters yet there are participants which do make investments too on the project they are advertising. We wont have any statistics but we can assume that signature campaigns is quiet effective because we are still seeing them to these days.
If signature campaigns isnt effective anymore then we wont see them anymore into this forum.

Where are you getting this figure from? I doubt there's any campaigns that pay out anywhere near that other than maybe Chipmixer (though they're certainly the anomaly). Campaign payouts are all different but for the vast majority of alt coin campaigns they pay you in the token they've created out of thin air for free so it doesn't actually end up costing them anything. The vast majority of them also have campaign managers who do little to nothing if they even exist at all so there's no expenditure there either.

As what I have understood even I don't have a project to conclude how effective signature campaign, they put a higher amount on a signature campaign because more participants they hired the more their company well known. And we all know that most of us here in the forum is investors, so they expected that they get more investors on here compared to the social media campaign.

Those days have gone when campaign owners had to pay 1 btc and more. If you calculate btc in usd, 1btc was pretty normal that time and can say the same about 0.2 btc, price rised a lot.
As hilarious mentioned, there is really only one anomaly in payments here (anomaly in a good way). Seems they continue to follow bitmixer's signature campaign rules with old payrates and almost the same structure and aim.
Logically no one spends huge amount of money for months if he/she doesn't gets benefit from it. Just look to primedice for example, they were first with massive sig campaign if I amn't wrong and now you see how popular they are.

That is not true. There are barely any campaigns remaining which pay good amounts in Bitcoin.Right now,Chip-Mixer and Crypto-Games.net are the only campaigns which supply good quality posters along with good pay rates. Not to mention but been working with CG since 2 years now."Something useless" and "Effective method of advertising" which one is it ?They don't belong in the same sentence.

They actively use other Social Media heavily for advertisement..Also the weren't the first one's to start a signature campaign..

Been seeing still some companies which they do still operating or having signature campaigns upto these days which means they are really benefiting on the campaign that they are paying on. People do think that it isnt worth or just a dumb decision to be made by companies.

Signature is the outline of an ICO so when someone attached it with his creative post it does attract someone or somebody to check the project. It is worth paying signature campaign since all the members here are not just to come and read but to become a player or an investor or trader or become a sponsor for.a certain project.

As per my experience in the forum, The Signature Campaign is one of the most effective ways, to get exposure to the projects. If people find the potential for the project then they will surely show some interest towards the projects. Of all other campaigns, a Signature campaign is the most effective campaign for any ICO project.

A good project needs a good marketing strategy, and fist of all before marketing it should have a good team without doubting to expand the team especially in the development department and marketing, so in the marketing area it includes also the forum opportunities and I think yes, and its a very good opportunity to help promoting an ICO because the signature codes/designs are shown to a lot of people and it is good also for SEO which I think bitcointalk is very high ranked for mostly everything in the crypto.

Marketing strategy matters to make the project reach to all the places for that here this forum bounties better than any advertisement company gives us the promotion. I see bounties are target all the famous social media sites promote their project.

You need to find the good project before you are going join on that as a participant or investment on ICO.
Signature campaigns work is pull the real crypto investor take into the projectnwho is being part of forum.
