Hello ,
this days i'm thinking of launching a big projects to make business , i have full team and the work is on the starting , but the problem is how to contact a partners or sponsors for the projects outside of my country of course , and how to make the projects trustful for the partners ?

Reputation is important thing, and having someone with good reputation in your team could help a lot. If you don't, well don't worry. You need to start from somewhere, right.
I guess that you could start building your reputation from here. There's a lot of people on the forum who deal's in your kind of business. So I guess it will not be hard finding them. Also maybe you should consider launching signature campaign, they help a lot on marketing end. I guess you will find something useful here. Also consider checking Marketplace\Gambling section, maybe you will find something useful there too.

Making a new project must look for swot analysis..which means Strength,Weekness,Opportunities and Treats ..and mostly to economic state because being a good and wise business minded you need to have an intellegentmind and a good planer. You can be able to easily have a partner when you have that kind of thing they needed too... |

It is necessary to describe your project with complete proposal, what do you need and what do you have and prepared. Then you need to issue the proposal to partner / sponsor candidates. |

Apart from monetery aspect, You didn't state fully what you want in a partner; which country do you want the proposed partner to be from? And what qualifications you want your partner to possess (if any) If you made this clear there are a lot of people in this forum whom are interested in a project to partner with. But you need to be careful on how whom you give out your project idea to. As for the issue on trust; I advise you to make a legal agreement, this will back it up. |

How come you have a big team when you don't have sponsors ? I mean how do you pay your team members ? Or is it a mutual contract ? I don't understand why do you need sponsors here ? Looks like you need projects since you already have a team. Ideally,you will look for investors in your venture either through angel or local organisations. |
