ETHLEND is a pretty new altcoin and I think it looks promising. https://ethlend.io
It's a lending platform already working. Price went up at the end of 2017 and got to 0.000025 BTC and like all others cryptos crashed. Now it's around 0.000007 BTC and I think that for a working product is practically a gift.

What do you think? Did you hear about this altcoin before?

LEND is not the same as BitConnect. In any way. Its basically a Peer 2 peer lending platform, backed by etheruem smart contracts. So EthLend doesnt hold any of the Eth. Like OP said, considering they have a working product, i think its a pretty good buy at this price. Chart was looking pretty sweet until it broke support a few days ago.
