i am running low on power supplies i got one that came with a broken pcie adapter but i was using it on a avalon anyways so i didnt care it was only but now i need it for an l3+ any suggestions on replacing would it be safe to just solder another one one there or would i be running risk of insurance or legal issues if there was a fire or mishap? or could i just use a splitter off one of the other pcie plugs since its a l3+ and dosnt pull as many watts/amps?

L3 is low power enough you can just use a splitter, thats what I did.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
