Ouch, I scored a solid 0 out of 6. I do use a different password for every service, but they are all similar to some extent, so if you know one you could probably determine at least a few of the others. I think some of those are almost paranoid in practice, but I'm sure you'll be thankful when everyone else gets hacked and you're safe and sound.

I do 3 (keep it in a safe) and 5 (which I think is the most important safety measure you can take).  I guess I score 2 points.

I don't have a ledger, or use paper wallets, but I keep my coins in encrypted desktop wallets, and rarely open them.

you can add another thing,use metamask so that your private keys will be encrypted when you are doing transactions using those dex or decentralized exchange,metamask also can block those malicious websites that might be some phishing sites that could stole your wallet informations,these are the few things you should do so that your wallet will be secured.

Well, I'm very paranoid, but I don't respect ALL of these indications.
Actually, some of them seem a little exagerated to me: if you have a good general protection, usually it's not necessary to change your password too often, or to have different password for any service you use.
But I admit that it would be a good idea.

7. Don't install pirated crap on same PC you use to manage your crypto and IT kit security in general (firewall, AV, sandboxing etc)
8. Don't install any dodgy apps with excessive permissions if you use any sort of crypto wallet on your phone

I do not conduct that many transactions using crypto so I do not have many safety precussions regarding my wallet. But I do not give my personal information quite often so I am pretty much okay with how secured I am right now.

Using hardwallet plus metamask extension will give you more secure wallet,your browser is protected with the metamask so that those private keys wont be solen by these hackers who uses phishing sites and malwares ,keyloggers, we should all be careful because if we lose our keys to these hackers that is the end of our coins.

I have been a user of metmask extension and it is indeed blocking malicious website that might be a phishing site that is why i am sticking with this great extension,even if those dex or decentralized exchanges where hacked you wallet and private keys will still be secured as it is encrypting the private kets inside the metamask extension,hardwallet is the best wallet because it has recover seed if you lose your wallet.

As long as you are keeping all of your privatekey safely and then you will never feel worried about that.

I say Use a ledger seems not become the best way. I could give a score around 70-80. Have you seen so many cases told us about ledger can be exploited? But not at all at least that gives us some lessons.

The simple things you must never try to do that just like in any airdrop that asked your private key or other data linked to your amount.
