If BTK is a currency, so we need a stronger/faster/cheaper blockchain, not a token on Ethereum blockchain, because you use their netmowrk -> your maximum speed is speed of Ethereum blockchain.

Why we need to invest in your project if a currency can't own a blockchain network?
it will be mainly airdropped
That means they won't run an ICO? No slots for investors?

so is it an ico or not an ico ?

A limited airdrop sell of 1,000,000,000 BitcoinTokens to raise funds for getting BitcoinToken listed to possible major exchanges and gas fees for the rest of the free airdrops. 10% of the token supply is being airdropped this way and the rest of the 90% freely.

This is not an ICO but an opportunity for community support and partnership to help us distribute freely all these tokens to a larger user-base.

Simply send an ETH (Ethereum) payment to the below ETH address for the below exact amounts and you will receive your BitcoinTokens (BTK) in return (almost immediately):

Send ETH Here : 0xcFFA6830BBe7876f94F1899Db731665CDc02D115

10,000,000 (10 million BTK) =  1.5 ETH Payment     (MAXIMUM PER ADDRESS)
5,000,000 (5 Million BTK) = 1 ETH Payment
1,000,000 (1 Million BTK) = .5 ETH Payment
500,000 BTK = .03 ETH Payment
100,000 BTK = .01 ETH Payment
50,000 BTK = .007 ETH Payment                      (MINIMUM PER ADDRESS)

Thank you for your support and investment in this community currency.

So they don't have ICO but we can donate to receive more BTK token.

ICO's are crowdfunding with a certain limit, this doesn't appear to be the same.

It is not an ICO, it's true, but that doesn't change anything, it is still a cryptocurrency that you can acquire from exchanges

You're right though but how do they intend to raise funds to support this ICO-free project?

sell the tokens they have, but they need to create demand, hence the airdrops

Aren't airdrops supposed to decentralize supply to a certain degree as well?

Airdrops are sometimes given to show holders the value of the token in order to gain their interest to invest. As said earlier, it used to create demand

I think airdrop will finish when 7B BTK token is airdropped.
So community can join now and earn free tokens for future!

Calculate: They share 7B with the community, each participant receives 5000 BTK, so BitcoinToken will have a community of 1.4M.

I want to watch their spreadsheet for airdrop Smiley

But I have 6k, other bounties are 1k, so already that's going to be more than 1.4M.
That's ambitious that's all I'll say. It'll take a fair few giveaways to reach that!
