There is a feedback system integrated into the candy site. You can find it by clicking on your email, your points will be compensated like we've been doing for everyone that had this problem.

Your referrals are still there, you only see the active ones. This means that you inactive ones are still connected to your account, you just don't see them if they didn't perform an assignment on that day

You don't must send a mail every time. When you do a task, you get points that are converted to the coin at the end of the timer.

The portal doesn't work for a lot of people, it's a well known problem. So it happens that I don't even get points for my activity.
The solution is to send the team a mail with the tasks, but to be honest it's too much effort to do this every time.
So I asked if it's planned to fix it, it is like this for around 2 months I guess
