Is there a problem with two computers (each with the Bitcoin application installed) accessing a common wallet file which resides on a shared server?
Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

The Bitcoin was not designed to work this way.

If you simply want two computers to see the same wallet, there are a number of RPC clients for the second (or subsequent) computers:
