Sorry, no one will allow you to scam them for $15000 USD.  Bank transfer would sound better, but I'm not very experienced in that field.

The wording in your title might be a little confusing.  If there was a $ right in front of the "135", I think it would be more clear.  As it is now, it reads like you want to buy 135 bitcoins instead of $135 worth of bitcoins.
