Because what I do know that most site and every site are build with faucet from the start and due to the high of bitcoin price they lowered the amount that we can get or some of them even remove it just fo make sure people do not abuse it to their own purpose. Back in 2015 if you made a new account you got started with a very small faucet. After you had a certain BTC turn over your faucet value increased.

I think I remember with little turn over I had a 2500 sat faucet.
