Currently Bitcoin is in small correction, next support levels are at 10200, 9700, 9300. I would not advise to buy ALT coins at this moment.
However it is still good time to buy BTC.

I think it's time to buy bitcoin, because the current price is cheap, because the average price of altcoin depends on the value of bitcoin, even though altcin prices should be stand-alone but most altcoin prices depend heavily on bitcoin prices, , when bitcoin up another altcoin also go up and when bitcoin down other altcoin prices come down,

that's just my analysis
