Well, yes. Bitcoin is designed to be a currency of the future that can serve people better in their day to day lives, however, considering that you can purchase things from amazon and other sites via bitcoin directly on sites like purse.io, it's not really a problem.

I would like to see bitcoin accepted more in real life. Right now it's all virtual.

I would like to see Bitcoin accepted in many countries because in some countries you cannot make use of them which is a real let down. I think that it would attract more people if you are able to use Bitcoin in more countries.

From a few months I am waiting for the godaddy that it accept bitcoin for the payment for domain and other services, if godaddy started to accept bitcoin then it will be more happiness for me as paypal sucks a lot in transaction fee etc.

Just use Namecheap, they are way better than Godaddy and they accept Bitcoins   I really don't understand why so many people still use Godaddy, other than their marketplace there aren't a lot of reasons to register with them. They don't even offer something as basic as 24 hr live chat support.
Namesilo also accepts Bitcoin.

To answer the question at hand, I'd love to be able to use Bitcoins at the supermarket and coffee shops

It should be nice if you are can buy everything later with Bitcoin and that is because we have to make Bitcoin more acceptable and that should be perfect.
But of course you must know that it is hard to control the currency and we have just to wait and see for what will happen.

If it is the grocery store around the corner, a cinema, restaurant or almost every shop and big companies online.

This thread was created 6 years ago, and seeing how much bitcoin was distributed since then it a good start for bitcoin. The places that we would like to see bitcoin accepted are of course firstly on Amazon and Ebay. I also buy lots of things on Aliexpress, it is a china based website and it's a large shop including Alibaba. There are alternatives to pay in these websites through third parties but it takes more time and more fees.

Anything which accepts payment in return for services or digital goods is a great candidate for Bitcoin.

I would like to see Bitcoin being accepted at places like Macdonalds so that I can buy some food over there. So being able to buy food with Bitcoins would be good.

I would like to see bitcoin acceptance in automotive industry. If such acceptance happens possibly bitcoin would soon reach lot people than the present.
