Atiflash only supports one digit numbers, so turn off half the cards, then flash the other half...

For risk against bricking your GPUs, it is much better to flash your GPU cards one at a time.

I know it is a long and slow process but you only have to do it once each and then you're done to mine indefinitely.

Try and not cut corners when you're setting up your mining rig.

Then flash it 1 by 1. And you won't screw up Smiley The slowest but the best way to do it.

How is this going to discover more than 10 gpu?

-fa             Force flashing bypassing already-programmed check.
-fm             Force flashing bypassing BIOS memory config check.
-fs             Force flashing bypassing BIOS SSID check.
-fp             Force flashing bypassing BIOS P/N check.

I was previously in the same boat as you and similarly wasn't able find any documentation on how to do this with more than 9 GPUs as well. Save yourself all the trouble and simply just do it on another PC with less GPUs. You could borrow a PC if you don't have an extra one lying around. Much easier than flashing the wrong GPU, then have to deal with all the trouble of not being able to boot and all that.

Ok.
I am unable to attach a monitor since all is remote. Guess I have to disable 6 cards in device manager and flash 6+7 cards.
All cards have same memory.

Those forced commands are just bypassing safety checks. Don't use them unless you are completely sure that you know what you're doing.
The only necessary argument is -pa which flashes all cards with the selected bios.

All you need to do is just unplug the riser from the Mobo PCIe slot and alternate to get the rest of the GPUs. Your GPUs don't need to be physically unplugged as that would require too much work if it's a tight setup when they are right next to each other.

If you can't stick your hand in the motherboard then you can also disconnect the GPU by unplugging the USB from the GPU side of the riser.

As others have said, I really wouldn't try flashing a multi-card rig remotely. It is 'possible', but inevitably you'll flash the wrong bios and all hell will break loose. Really is better to do one at a time.

i know how to flash 13 gpu system!!!
unplug 12 gpus and flash one by one.

EZ

!!!bonus points!!! if you have some beat up old pc, use that as a test bench. just slot ur gpu that needs to be flashed in and go! this pc can be ultra portable and compact so you can put it right beside ur rig, then just take usb slider cable and powercables from testbench and plug it in!!! dont even have to move the gpu!

This is complete bullshit. You are talking about risks but then suggesting to switch off ALL the safety checks before flashing? I was flashing cards remotely for years and did not a single card was screwed up.

For the inital question. Just use new version, it is called AMDVBFLASH version 4.69. It flashes 10, 11, 12, etc. cards no problem.

You are doing it wrong, I've been warned several times to never have another GPU on board when you plan to flash bios because the app can be confused and you will end up bricking the GPUs, so do it one after the other, insert Just one GPU in your motherboard and flash it, repeat this process to be on safer side
