just check it in blockfolio and find where exchnahe it is listed. But mostly you can trade it in wavesdex and tidex.

Not all of them are listed, you can check to see if they are trade able in the Waves DEX which you should be able to find in your wallet (Liteclient).

The Wave project has its decentralized exchange on which it is possible to trade its tokens: https://beta.wavesplatform.com/
Its interface is not as user-friendly as poloniex or bittrex, but for rare trades it's enough.

All the coins that are on the purse waves can be sold or exchanged on the stock exchange waves dex.  This is convenient, as both the wallet and the exchange are on the same platform https://wavesplatform.com

Assuming that you have all your tokens in your waves wallet, Waves DEX would be the best exchange to use (for me atleast). You have 2 options to access the DEX, either you download the desktop version (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) or you use the online client. Both can be seen here https://wavesplatform.com/product

All you have to do is restore your account using your seed to access your balance and directly trade it. To be easier for you, here's a detailed guide from wavesplatform on How to trade tokens on the DEX, just read it carefully/understand the process and you will be good to start trading on DEX.

Look at coinmarketcap and then you will be able to see a lot of markets were trading waves coin. But i reccomend you to use liqui or waves exchange itself just like waves dex or tidex as the official centralized exchange site from waves platform. Just do it through your browser and then open tidex and happy trade.
