Looking for merit points in any way?

I wanted an upgrade for my class
So I posted information I copied from other sites
I did not know it was wrong
So do not publish random flyers in order to gain merit points
Because I tried it and got 2-points confidence because of what I did
I know I'm wrong
I do not want the  beginner To make the same mistake
So if you want merit points help beginner
It will come to you not trying to come by any way

I don't have an idea on how your post looks like because I came up too late! But they seemed to accused you for copy/pasting...
And of course, whenever you make a post (that doesn't belong to you) you should "site the source", because you don't owned it, someone else do. Actually, it isn't new! 

But you don't need to make a thread admitting you are wrong, rather, you can do it where you made your mistakes. I think this is your another way of gaining merit/s, by sharing your experience that I think almost everyone already knew. 

You again made a mistake, you can't earn merit this way because this is not necessary - Just a friendly advice

Happens dude! I was also wondering how to gain Merit but didn't fall for copy pasting articles as I already read somewhere that it won't help rather it will be detrimental.
Anyways, it's a good learning for sure. I hope more newbies will search for merit and understand how it works so that they don't do the same mistake.

You should not copy anything from other sites unless such reference is needed in the topic and secondly, do not post everything in Bold, it is irritating for a reader to be honest.

Welcome on board and don't rush to post anything, spend maximum time in reading and understanding the rules, market behavior, technology, crypto. It is worth it to relax and read, if you don't have anything to say.

If Vod has tagged you then I don't think you can do much about it. I doubt that he will reconsider if you ask him to.

It's because there is no valid alibi for copying someone else's work. Most of them says that they didn't know it was wrong but how could they not heard the word "plagiarism"? How could they not know that stealing is wrong? lol are they 12?

Also I know this is circumstantial but normally you have no reason to copy/paste without crediting unless you are after account rankings/merits.

You have 2 options OP:

• Try to ask Vod if he can review your account after 30 days or so to see if you really did change (I'm not sure about this)
• Just make a new account and start over

Red trust rating isn't worst thing which may beh appened to you. You still should enjoy that your account wasn't banned. There is zero tolerance policy for copy-pasters.
What you can do now? Live with red trust rating or start new account - you don't have much to loose because your rank isn't high. And it's likely that not many users will give you Merits when they will see red trust rating in your profile.
If you will start new account, don't repeat mistakes that you did. And don't hustle to get Merit. Just try to contribute and you will get Merit.
