Marshall Islands is issuing National Crypto distributed cryptocurrency called Sovereign through an ICO on SOV blockchain using Yokwe framework.

Actually they haven't issued any clear statement regarding ICO they going to conduct for distribution of their token. It might just work as USD backed tokens and government might use all the USD they will collect from ICO to increase their foreign currency holding.

Country is really tiny with just 50,000 around population and it might not have global impact but other countries or other small islands might follow this trend in future. Also those token will be based on Yokwe framework  so it will not be anonymous, citizens have to declare their source of fund.

it will be another altcoin? if it is then how much can possible it will cost?
