A plea to all who work hard to create mining pools, block explorers and other crypto-related websites:  Please use UTC time if you do not provide the means for a user to select a timezone.

For us crypto-junkies hopping around to different currencies it really is difficult having to guess which timezone your site is using.  A BFC block explorer I just looked at (I think) is using US Mountain time.  I've seen other sites using US Pacific time, US Eastern time, and even one that I finally figured out was using UTC+2.

Keep it simple; use the global reference.  Thanks!
