Guys why is KNC tanking?

what do you guys think about Kyber? will the price go back up ?

It is all about the hype nowadays. Sadly kyber does not have that right now. Their dex will catch on just be patient.

I think the reason is that most people now understand Kyber network is more of hype just like Bancor network, it would have been better to hold on to ones Ethers tha invested into the two, I don't know how discentralised exchanges wants to drive up volume the way Centralised ones do, time will tell

People began to understand that decentralized exchanges are not quite relevant. For example, Kyber launched its stock exchange, but nothing can be heard about it. I think it's a matter of time.

It is about hype, it can definetely recover but hype prices are not rational so you may not sell it at those prices. It may be sometimes better to sell and buy other coins.

Wait for some time. Now they are accepting testers for their decentralised exchange platform. But this is only for limited members. Once Dex opens for public use on mainnet then I could see KNC flying far away from it's current position. Till then hype needs to build up else there won't be much uptrend coming.

What is sad is not that Kyber doesn't have it, what is sad is that people keep hype as the number one thing they look for in a project. Can people not look for value instead of hype, that is what will remain after 5 years. I sometimes wanna weep for the people here .
