Our team communicates our clients’ technology with the rest of the world through public relations, media outreach, blog content, websites, videos - all forms of communications.Torus offers full service marketing services from design and website design, social media marketing, community management, project management, public relations to copywriting. We help to get our client’s message to the global audience, help to craft it and to distinguish it, and ultimately help the client to dominate the market. We are a group of hardworking individuals working around the clock on different time zones assisting our clients to build their project like it is our own.

We are seeking for an experienced Community Managers based in Asia and/or Europe Timezones to join our international team long-term. You will be actively controlling our clients channels (Telegram, Reddit, Bitcointalk, and social media in general). Community Managers are the front line of our projects. In direct contact with the community they receive all types of feedback straight from our clients user base and their main role is to provide customer support and maintain channels under control to ensure a healthy conversation where customers can find useful information. For this reason, bilingual or high level of english writen and spoken is needed. You will participate to team meetings. You will work closely with project managers and copywriters having the responsibility to advocate for a respectful communication among users and to ensure that our clients channels are free from SPAM, FUD, scam attempts and any other activity or comments that might harm their image and reputation.
We work with highly technical blockchain projects and it would be necessary that you educate yourself about the blockchain industry.

Job Description

- Expose and eliminate any type of Scam, Spam or FUD attempts.
- Provide customer support by answering all questions our clients’ customers might have.
- Communicate to our clients any opportunities, risks or concerns that comes from their community.
- Maintain the channels under control by any means possible.
- Ensure that the community will communicate with respect and will follow the rules.

We value the following skills and qualifications

At least 1 years proven working experience in PR.
At least 2 years of being involved with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general
Experience on managing ICO Projects campaigns (General group chats, bounty campaigns, BitcoinTalk forum, Reddit, etc)
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing would be a big plus
Fluent or native english speaker
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Possess the ability to keep information confidential
Be proactive and have a problem solving attitude
Ability to work under pressure and in fast moving industry
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach
Ability to work with distributed team and clients
