just curious to know the hash rate of the Xcell chip.

March 23, 2007 ... sold about 600,000 units in its first two days.

In a July 2008 interview, the objective for the PlayStation 3 is to sell 150 million units by its ninth year, surpassing the PlayStation 2's sales of 140 million.

Just do a forum search, as far as I remember the PS3 hash rate was something slightly below 90 MH/s - so not really worth the hassle (too few hashes to be a good boost, too inefficient to mine longterm).

Edit: Ok, seems rather like 20 MH/s, give or take a few - even worse! <-- automated lending at various exchanges. No fees(!).
